Terms & Conditions for Free Prize Draw
Eligibility:
This competition is open to any person resident in the UK who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of simply flooring or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, and spouse and life partners).
To enter:
Complete the online form and submit your name, postal address, email address. No purchase is needed for entry. Incomplete or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of simply flooring. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Simply flooring reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Timing:
This competition runs from the 1st of each month to the last day of each month. Any entries received after the last day of the month will then be automatically entered in to the following months prize draw.
Use of data:
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition may be used for marketing.
- Your Personal data will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party for marketing purpose.

Selection of winners:
The winner will be determined on a month. The panel of judges will include at least one independent member. The winner will be notified by email.
The winner may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.
Prize:
The prize is £500 pounds of flooring supplied by simply flooring. There is no cash alternative and the prize winner can contribute to cost of flooring if their selection goes over the value of the prize.
Winners list:
The winner consents to their surname being made publicly available. The winners' names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.
Other:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, simply flooring decision shall be final. Simply flooring reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
